Activate Plugins

    I’m using wordpressµ (which is still in version 2.6.5) and I’m trying to install a plugin. I’ve only every used wordpress version 2.7 which has a different interface. Where can I go to activate a plugin, I’ve looked under all the tabs but I just can’t seem to find it.
