Navigate to **Live chat** -> **Settings** -> **Chat Box**. There’s an option named “**Chat notifications**“. Enable it. * On the same page there is an option called “**Visitor experience rating**s” which allows a user to give a thumbs up/down to a chat. Chat with us”. * I would suggest to navigate through the settings area to see the different options and what/how can be customised.
