You can uncheck the all options in the “Disable commenting for roles” and “Hide comment section for roles” sections, including the “Allow guests to comment” and “Allow guests to view comments” options.
Also disable the “subscription bar” as well.

i disable this comment form like you said. (because i just want to use its star rating not the box of commenting and also i want to use my website form comment box)
but when i disable the box of commenting of wpdiscuz, it also disable star rating and comment box.
i want to use wpdiscuz star rating but i want to disable its comment box form because i want to use my website comment box form instead of it.
wpDiscuz comes with two post rating options. First is a stand-alone post rating system, located under post content and above comment section with rating buttons. You just click on rating stars and rate articles. Second is based on rating custom fields in comment form.
You can hide the wpDiscuz form as I’ve mentioned above and use the first type of the rating.
