activate chat from top menu

    Is it possible to create the possibility or does this already exist, for an agent to activate or deactivate his/her presence in the menu on top of WP page. In the spot on top of WP page where you can see how many agents are online instead of going into the program to activate chat.

    Hello @henrihappy, if you want your agents to be always online for Live Chat once they login in WordPress, you can disable “Agents can set their online status”.
    This way, by default, agents are online once they login.

    We’ll consider your suggestion to add a online/offline button in WordPress top bar.
