Activate and delete button not working on plugin

I’ve been trying to activate this plugin and when I hit the delete button or activate button I’m taken straight to the homepage without any change in the status of the plugin.

I’ve tried uploading the plugin through the WordPress admin panel and also deleting it and uploading via FTP.

Any idea what the issue may be?
