When I add an user via the ProfileGrid menu than “user profile”, it will be added to the list in the backend. This user is also listed as ‘Active’ in this list.
But in the front end, user is not shown with the shortcodes [PM_Search] and [PM_Group ID = “1”]. The user will only be shown if I check the check box through the ProfileGrid menu then ‘user profile’ and then click Activate.
Why is the user not visible by default if I create this via the ProfileGrid option? That seems logical to me?

    Hi,
I have just tried it but still the user is not presented in the front end. In the list of users within ProfileGrid (backend), I see this user with the status ‘active’. I need to manually activate the user to display it in the front-end.

I have the latest update (version 2.4.9).
    Regards,
    Marc

    Hello @mpbakker,

Really sorry for the miscommunication. It appears there was a confusion – the fix is currently under testing and consequently was not released as my colleague informed you mistakenly in last message. We’ll launch it as soon as it is ready and update you on this thread.

Presently a long list of new features are also under testing and hopefully you will like what you see in next development release.

Always happy to answer your questions. And once again sorry for this. 🙂

Thank you, that is perfect. Can you tell me when the new version will be released?
    Kind regards,
    Marc

Thank you for fixing the activate problem in the new version (2.5.0). It works perfectly now.
    Kind regards,
    Marc
