 * You say under “actions” click install.
 * I can find no such place. Maybe a screen shot would help those, like myself, 
   who cannot see what to others is blindingly obvious.

 * What version of wordpress are you using?
 * We say in the install
 *  Version 2.8.2: Under ‘actions’ click ‘Install’…
    In the popup, click the red‘
   Install Now’ bar Version 3.1: Click ‘Install Now’ at left hand side
 * If you are using version 3.1 or later. You won’t see the “actions” text. It has
   been removed.
