Action Hooks for Voting

Hi guys,

I love the plugin and I’m in the process of creating a custom hook for myCRED (the points management system plugin), which will give users points for voting on a YOP Poll.

Is there an action hook that I can hook into that executes after a user or site visitor submits their vote?
