 * I need to write a plugin that asks for a password when editing a plugin or a 
   theme. I share a site with other “super admins” that cannot have access to the
   source code of the website.
 * So, if if there was an action hook that only happens during the theme editing,
   I could just add some code to ask for the password. If I only knew the hook…
