'Action' Column is missing image for 'Change Image set' link

    As noted in topic title, I’m getting a missing image for a link under ‘Action’ column. This has created a very wide rectangular block so wide it moves the other titles onto another line unnecessarily.Increasing the column width doesn’t change it as the image missing must be very wide… Essentially clicking on it changes the Action icons from a blue set to a coloured set when clicked.

    Can anyone help? Sorry I’m not an expert on WordPress (more of an intermediate/basic understanding)

    What link has a missing image? Could you send me a screenshot of the actions column in the posts overview?
