“Acivate jetpack” email non-functional

So I requested using jetpack to set up stripe and activate jetpack and whatever else it does, they asked me to log in then they sent me an email that’s supposed to complete getting this done (the one that times out after an hour) but I click on the link and absolutely nothing happens. Help!
