acitivity failed for unknown reason

    After 2.5 hours and databae and files backupped, the plugin stated

    Time Type Event
    10th apr 2015 8.41.00 AM Warning The activity cannot proceed any further due to an unknown problem. Please visit the Help & Support section for information on where to find help.

    Where can I find the backup of database and files, i did a local backup
    and what does the message mean????
