Past contributor here. Hope all is well 🙂

I just activated Achievements on a new site set to launch soon.

Every page including the Ladderboard widget lists the achievements earned as it should. From what I can tell, everything functions perfectly except the achievements earned are not showing up on the profile page “user hasn’t unlocked any achievements.”

I reviewed each thread here, and based on this same problem reported on an earlier thread, I verified the code was proper on the template.php page; which it is.

I’m running the latest version of Buddypress (1.8.1) and WP 3.6.1 and I deactivated all plugins but it’s still not showing up. I could sure use a hand here. Thank you! http://thecoachellaproject.com/achievements

What version of Achievements are you using?

This sounds very similar to an Achievements bug that I thought I fixed in v3.3.1:

    Hello Paul.

    I’m using 3.4.1.

Yes, the code in my functions.php is correct.

I just changed the theme from the one I’m using to the Buddypress default and it fixed the problem. The problem has to do with the theme I’m using. Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

Ah hah, that’s good to know.

Which theme were/are you using? If I can download it somewhere, I’ll test it and see if I can recreate the problem. I’m out of town for the next week and a bit on a trip, so mightn’t get chance to take a look at this for a couple of weekends..
