Support » Plugin: ACF Frontend - Add and edit posts, pages, users and more all from the frontend » ACF Fields are missing from posts folloiwing upgrade

  • miki500

An employee upgraded a site using ACF Front End forms to the latest WordPress. They also updated all plugins including Elementor Pro, AFC Pro and ACF Front End Pro itself. The site had not been updated since February this year. Following this, all the fields layed out in the posts including the Elementor templates are now longer there. The ACF FE sections are visible with update buttons, but no fields and data from ACf. The various ACF fields are still present in the backend.

Please tell me we don’t have set them all up again…

I suspect its mostly Elementor issue.
Try open the relevant Elementor post/pages/templates and re-save without
any editing. Maybe add spaceand delete it to triggerthe update button.

In my case, this trick saved my day.
