ACF Ajax filter plugin

Hi,

I’m using a ajax filter plugin (see link) along with the ACF plugin.

This works great with the filter slides (an integer field). But it does not work with a select field.
In the ajax filter sample they use the Category list to make a category filter, in this case the ‘Shop for women’ list. You can easily add this filter by just adding the field-name in the shortcode, see this support for the ajax filter.

Now my problem:

When I make a select field of 4 options and add the field name to the shortcode there are 2 problems:
1. It does not properly show the list
2. It does not filter when I select an option.

The difference between the category list is that as soon as I delete all posts, the category list stays (it is always showing).
The custom filter list (Untitled) disappears because it is only showing the selected options from every post instead of just the list of options.

Well, how to make this work? If someone could get me in the direction that would be helpfull. Thanks!
