Accrual of points every day

I read the documentation, but I did not understand how to establish that an action would be credited for points on a daily basis.
Example, for visiting the site 1 point every day. A user visits the site every day and gets 1 point every day.
Another example, 1 point for reading topics. Every day a user reads any topic on the site and receives 1 point per day.
and so on.
You need to set it so that a user can get 1 point for one action per day.You can write sequentially what you want to set, or as an example you can drop a screenshot of an example.

If I want to, in order to, user only get 1 point per 1 day for publishing.
Objective: no more than one point per day for the action.
Did I put it right? I don’t have it working, so I don’t know how to do it right.
