    Right now, users can register from either the checkout page or the my-account page. I have added the option to opt-in for newsletters if the customers register via this page, using the woocommerce_after_checkout_billing_form as the location in the Advanced Opt-in setting.
    The problem is that when I specify this location, only those customers who sing up at checkout are synced with Mailchimp. The ones who sign up from the may-account page are not synced.
    If I remove the location, i.e. leave that field blank, it works the other way round. The ones signing in from my-account are synced. The ones signing from the checkout are not.

    @sandeepachetan i looked at your site – and the my account page has the proper woocommerce hook to add the newsletter – but your checkout does not. I would ask if you’re using a custom theme that might need to add that specific hook of woocommerce_after_checkout_billing_form considering your account page DOES show it – it feels like that page may be missing it.

    If you can edit your checkout – you might just need to manually add that same HTML markup that’s inside the account page. That is outside the scope of what we can support, but my guess is that if you were to add that hook into your checkout screen it would show up just fine.

    Can you please check with your theme developer and make sure this action is being used?
