Accountant Theme by Azelab widget.php not working

    I purchase the Accountant theme by Azelab. The wigets area does not load. i get a white screen or error 500 in the description of the page not loading. ive already tried deactivating all plugins and reactivating. i purchased and registered direct-but versions of visual composer, rev slider, and the theme. the only other plugin ive uploaded is YOAST. even if i go to appearence>themedetails>customize i get the same blank page. i cannot access wordpress widget section. what is going on. ive tried it all.HELP!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrr.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
