 * I found this link, as I’m trying to configure the plugin so that admin can verify
   new sign ups before allowing them to fully log in:

 * Unfortunately, the link above I think was for an old version, I have the latest
   version of UM, which I love. But please can you help me find where it is to verify
   Registration Process please?

 * I think what you search is in the user role panel :
    - Clic on the user role you want to control
    - Go to the “Registration setup” part
    - Select admin validation
 * I hope it helps, i translate this from french to it might not be quite accurate.

 * You can set the Registration Status to Require Admin Review in Ultimate Member
   > User Roles > Edit a User Role > See Registration Options.
