    I assume you’re using Woocommerce.

The developers and users of this theme/plugin would be the best people to ask. You can reach them here:

Thanks, I had already sent them a support ticket but thought this might help too!

Hi @leonpress44, I’m going over tickets from the weekend now so expect a response shortly via Premium Support too if you’ve contacted me there.

In general, Orders appear within the My Account > Orders page (front-end) based on the Post meta ‘_customer_user’ matching the current WordPress User’s ID. Orders that are not linked to Users either have a value of 0 or the Post meta doesn’t exist. Our Plugin – Store Exporter and/or Store Exporter Deluxe – does not modify this Post meta, the only Post meta we add/modify from Orders is the ‘_woo_cd_exported’ key which is used to track if an Order has been exported when using the “Since last export” Order date filter.

Can you provide a system status dump from WooCommerce > System Status, feel free to remove paths and URL’s as I am only interested in your active list of Plugins as well as current Theme.

Hi @leonpress44, I have exactly the same issue. I imported some WooCommerce orders to a new subdomain and new customers are getting random old customer orders attached to their accounts… Did you manage to fix it?

Hi Rob. I have not gotten it correct yet unfortunately. Have you?
