this is abit vague can you provide an image or screenshot of the problem?
users should be able to change there profile information.
Ultimate member > Forms > Profile|Login|Registration
these can all be changed to add more fields. otherwise your stuck with the default UM registration and profile fields.
Hi @jenniferhz,
Please make sure that you’ve assigned correct pages in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages. Go to your Account page in Pages and check that you have [ultimatemember_account] shortcode on your Account page.
This issue can be also caused by some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
Regards.
Hi @jenniferhz,
Your account page is completely blank. That shouldn’t happen. Please go to Pages->account->edit inside dashboard and check if you have the shortcode [ultimatemember_account] present there. Otherwise try this https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/113-pages-are-blank-do-not-appear
Thanks.
So I deactivated everything but UM and switched to the 2015 theme and the page rendered. With my current them and only UM active it does not.
What do I do since it does not seem to be a plugin conflict?
did you try the CSS fix? it could be a CSS|JS style issue conflict.
.um {
opacity: 1 !important;

also if you use a Cache Plugin i would exclude UM pages
Cache Plugins:
*Autoptimize
* W3 Total Cache
*WP Rocket
* Hyper Cache
*Fast Cache
*Site Ground (SG) Cache
* Word Press Engine (WPE) Cache
UM pages to exclude:
/user

/password-reset
