    I created a ticket for help with paid plugins. Apparently my account is now closed. I cannot even access the support page or the web site “except” if I use a proxy server. What happened?

    Hi Steve,

    It looks like the data center is having some intermittent connection problems, usually these are fixed pretty fast. Its nothing to do with your account 🙂
