Support » Plugin: Trust Payments Gateway (3DS2) » Account Creation on guest checkout Interrupts payment processing

    Hello,

While checking out as a guest & creating an account on checkout payment does not go through. A message appears at the top but nothing happens.

I think this was also the case with the previous plugin. Can this be fixed to work with woocommerce default behaviour?

    Thanks
    Ryan

Hi @ryangfni, I’ve passed this onto the developers and they will take a look at this asap.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I have also tested this on Storefront with just woocommerce & this plugin and i am getting the same error. The same was happening on the previous plugin when 3DS was enabled.

    1. User adds item to basket and tries to checkout as a guest while creating an account.
    2. All details are filled in and Place order is clicked
    3. Page loads, scrolls up and flickers & account is created
    4. ‘Trust Payments: Processing Order’ shows but nothing happens. Payment details are removed from inputs.

    Cheers

Hi @ryangfni are you still getting this error? We are still unable to replicate.

Could you navigate to Tools > Site Health and under the info tab, copy site info to your clipboard and paste here please?

Can you also confirm if this happening in test or live mode, or both?

    Thanks
