Account closed-no notice and can’t recover

Hello – I’m having a hard time getting a response regarding a closed WPcom/Woo account that is attached to my store. I had no idea it was closed until I noticed the Woo app was no longer connecting.
No notice, reason, confirmation, etc was received to let me know it was being closed.
I tried recovery using the WPcom form, but it won’t accept the email verification/validation link I was given when activating the acct.
Tickets opened at both WPcom + Woo but only bot responses so far.
The store itself appears operational, but I can’t login to the backend to manage it. The WPcom site associated with the associated user also appears to be operational, but I can’t login.
