    Hi @quitevisible

I’m having a hard time getting a response regarding a closed WPcom/Woo account that is attached to my store. I had no idea it was closed until I noticed the Woo app was no longer connecting.

I’ve just checked for you, and it appears your account is still active and not closed. Therefore, if you’ve entered the correct WordPress.com login credentials, you should have no problem logging into your WooCommerce.com account.

I tried recovery using the WPcom form, but it won’t accept the email verification/validation link I was given when activating the acct.

This indicates a browser cache issues. A good first step to troubleshooting this would be to try clearing your browser’s cache. This can often help in resolving general site loading or performance issues.

You can follow our detailed guide on clearing browser cache here: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Tickets opened at both WPcom + Woo but only bot responses so far.

If our bot reply wasn’t helpful, you can reply back to bring back the ticket in our open ticket queue again.

Meanwhile, if you forgot the password, please reset it here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

You can also request an email login link here: https://wordpress.com/log-in/link, and reset your password once you can access it.

If you cannot access any of the options mentioned above, please fill out the Account Recovery Form at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery. Our team will happily review your information and help you regain access to your account.

More info can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

I hope this provides some clarity. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

    Hi @quitevisible

    Thanks for sharing further details.

I’ve just checked and found out that your WordPress.com account has been deleted. I’ve escalated your ticket to the relevant department so they can promptly address your issue.

However, it’s quite unusual that you haven’t received any email about the deletion. Could you please check your email spam folder, or is the mail used to create this account active?

Meanwhile, I will mark this thread as resolved since your issue will be taken care of via our support ticket.

Should you have further inquiries, kindly create a new topic here.

    Thanks!
