# Accordeon does not work

 * Hi
    the accordeon does not work. I used this: `[tag_groups_accordion smallest
   =12 largest=14 include=1,2,3,7]`
 * This is the result:

 * I checked the settings, disabled plugins – no difference.
    Its not the theme 
   since this website uses the same theme and there it works: [https://maskenzauber.com/masken-shop/](https://maskenzauber.com/masken-shop/)
 * What else could cause the issue?

 * The shortcode looks good.
 * Possible reasons that come to my mind:
    - The Tag Group settings in both websites are different (“Use jQuery.” is off).
    - A JavaScript error. You can check in the [Console](https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/8525/how-do-i-open-the-javascript-console-in-different-browsers/77337#77337)
      if there is any hint.
    - Some JavaScript was not loaded in the browser, because of “mixed content” (
      page via HTTPS, but not the scripts) or similar. This should also appear in
      the Console.
 * If plugins, themes and settings of both sites are identical, then the output 
   should be as well. So I assume there must be something hidden.
