Accidently deleted "Sample content"

I updated WordPress platform and was prompted to ‘delete sample data’. I had been trying to find where to delete some sample images that were on the site, so I clicked ‘delete’ thinking this was what it was going to do. (It didn’t even give me an ‘are you sure you want to delete’ second chance!) However, it deleted all sample ‘pages’ which I had modified. Is there any way to reverse this or get that data back?
