 * Hello,
 * I accidentally uninstalled (and deactivated) Form Maker while trying to fix a
   submission error. I didn’t realize I’d lose all my forms in doing this. Luckily,
   I had downloaded a backup of my wordpress site, which folder can I upload to 
   get all my work back?

 * Never mind.
 * I was able to find the database file that was (luckily) saved in my full backup
   and upload it via FTP.
