Accidentally deleted WP directory… still have DB…

I had two WordPress blogs, each with different prefixes. I decided to delete one and accidentally deleted the wrong one. I still have the database though.

I exported the old database and deleted it. I re-created a database with the same name. I plan on installing WP again with the same prefix and then importing the old WP database.

I want to put the blog into the root directory, since it will be the only blog on the website now. I am not exactly sure how to go about this but I’d like to try changing the root directory in the database. I don’t know where it’s located though. Could someone direct me to the correct table?

Am I going about this the right way?

I’m fairly new to PHP and MySQL sorry about the simple question. I have found some information on this but I am not sure if I have misunderstood some of it.
