Accidentally delete the plugin folder, now site header is stuck as gzip

    So I accidentally deleted the plugin, now my site won’t load. Chrome gives the error: ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED

    Basically, the content is text/html and the header is saying it’s gzip.

    How do I manually remove the plugin or at least the gzip aspect so I can access the WP-admin UI again?

    Go into your htaccess file and remove all the lines that mention w3tc it will say begin… And end ….

    Then make sure to clear your cache folder.
