# Accessing the messaging window

 * Hi guys,
    The plugin works wonderfully but there is no open to display the real-
   time messaging window. In case the participants want to type messages to each
   other? Is there a specific shortcode option to reveal this functionality? Thanks,

   kind words! Real-time messaging is not available in v1.6.2 but has been added
   as a feature for v2.0.0 which is currently in open beta, available for download

 * I “enabled” the Agora Chat feature but it keeps disabling it. Please advise, 
   thanks.
    Also it says there’s a customizable UI but I can’t seem to access it
   through the settings. Are there specific shortcodes I need? Thank you!
