    Hey all,

I had a WordPress account back in 2013 that I can no longer access/see.

If I type the name into google search ‘’ the original link, along with a few additional links to some of the writings I published are there, but when I go to click on them, nothing comes up.

I would dearly love to retrieve the information on these pages. Is anyone able to assist me with this?

    Thank you

  • Contact the support of your hoster. So where you have booked the domain and webspace for the installation of WordPress. They should be able to help you.

    Thank you for your response!

I am not sure how to contact anyone. The host was WordPress, although back then I think it was rather than

Do you think I should try to contact

There does not appear to be any information regarding contact WordPress themselves. The website just directs me to this forum..

Wordpress.ORG does not offer hosting. This is only about the software, its download, further development and some support among volunteers.

Where you had the domain, you should be able to see in your invoices and older contracts. However, it seems that the domain was re-registered in September: – maybe you didn’t pay your bills for some time, so it was taken away from you? You would have to clarify this with the person you had the domain with. Here at WordPress.ORG they can’t help you with that. The topic has nothing to do with the software WordPress.

If you have not kept any backups of your old site yourself, then its very unlikely someone else will do, the hosters do not have limitless storages to store data of their former customers.

However you may be able to retrieve parts of your old site from places like
    Wayback machine
    And Google’s cache, see
