All the data for location, industry, type and skills is stored in a custom taxonomy, therefore the core WordPress functions for retrieving terms should work fine.
Similarly the other info e.g. salary, job reference etc. is stored as post meta so again WordPress core functions for retrieving post meta will work fine.

get_the_terms()
would enable to you retreive a posts terms and get_post_meta()
will enable you to get the post meta for a job.
To remove the default output below posts you can remove the filter that is applied by the plugin to the_content
