# Accessing HT Access

 * I believe this plugin is causing a server error.
 * Can you confirm if it needs to regularly a gain HT access? It seems to cause 
   the following error…
 * **Internal Server Error
    
   
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration
   and was unable to complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, [webmaster@ablestoke.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/accessing-ht-access/webmaster@ablestoke.com?output_format=md)
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
 * Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying 
   to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 * The plugin is not supposed to create such errors, but it’s possible that some
   files are missing from the jetpack plugin folder that’s currently on your site.
 * Could you try to delete the plugin, and then reinstall it manually as explained
   here:

 * If that doesn’t help, could you check your server’s error logs around the time
   the errors occurred, so we can find out more about this 500 error?
