# Accessing data through the REST API

 * Is there any way to access the extra field data through the WordPress API? E.
   g. using the endpoint /wp-json/wp/v2/users
 * I see that it’s possible to export the data to a CSV file, but we really need
   a way to access it programmatically from an external system.
