# Accessing Dashboard as Admin

 * I am unable to access my site as the admin. I have obtained a new password, but
   when trying to use it, I get a message that the log on/password provided does
   not allow me to perform admin duties. I can’t moderate nor make any changes to
   my blog. Please help.

 * Is it possible you have another login that you’ve forgotten – a username that
   does have the admin role?
