    Hello all
When signing up for a WordPress hosting account, it includes an email @mywebsite.com.
I can access this email, to send and receive, by logging in to my host’s website and sending/receiving from there.
    This is very clunky.
How does everyone else do this?
A long time ago I used to use Outlook or Thunderbird, and link it to the email accounts – but the problem was that all the emails would be on my PC and not on my phone.
It looks like GSuite / Google Workspace is an option, but that seems very expensive.
Any suggestions / info much appreciated
    Thanks\Garrett

This is not a WordPress question. The hosting you have determines your email situation. How you access that is outside the scope of WordPress.

    Okay understood.
I just thought that this must be a common problem for almost everyone who sets up a WordPress site?

We don’t know, since it’s not related to WordPress.

There is a way to connect your host mail to gmail, go to Gmail setting from a desktop, under accounts you will see options to add external emails that you want to access from Gmail, if you need any further guidance as regards to this, i will be here…
