 * Hi Joe,
 * Thanks so much for creating this plugin! I’m having an issue where the high contrast
   and font size tools will work if added as a widget but the toolbar does not seem
   to work. Any ideas?
 * Many thanks,
 * Trevor

 * Hmm. The JS that generates the toolbar is being output after the toolbar operational
   JS is being added, so I’m guessing that the JS isn’t picking up the toolbar.
   That’s not the order they should be added, however – do you have any plugins
   installed that manipulate the order in which JS is added?

 * Well, I had disabled _most_ of the plugin on the site prior to asking here, but
   not the NextGen Gallery plugin. I disabled it and now the accessibility toolbar
   is working.
 * Thanks you for pointing me back towards the plugins, I should have known. Any
   thoughts on why NextGen is causing this or how to remedy?
 * Best regards.

 * Well, I imagine that NextGen is making a change in load order for its own purposes;
   but I don’t know anything specific about it.
 * I’ll take a look and see if I can figure it out.
