Accessibility: add simple language

Hi,

I need some help in solving a little problem. I will create a website and the site has to be accessible. For that I need to add kind of a second language “simple language”. Now I was wondering how to do that. the site “simple language” will have somethimes different site structure. complicated parts will simply be removed. the text is more simple, for people with Limited Literacy Skills.

Exists a plugin which can help me to do that or do you recommend to solve that with a multisite?
