Try flushing your entire Redis database manually using the FLUSHDB command.

Already try, it work for the time i am connected, but when i disconnect the admin and then want to go back, i have a “no permission to access this page” alert.
Is there any way to tell the plugin to don’t cache specifc url (like /wp-admin* ?)

This plugin doesn’t cache pages or do anything on its own. It’s just providing an object cache backend. My best guess would be one of your plugins is not using the WordPress object cache right. Try deactivating them one by one and flushing the cache in between. That should reveal the issue.
