# Access to user not admin

 * Hi, I wanted to know if it is possible for not admin users to access the plugin
   configuration to create a new feed.
    I’m using Capability Manager Enhanced plugin
   to assign capabilities to the users but none of them makes this plugin visible
   to not admin users. Thanks a lot!
