I’m using Astra theme, Elementor page builder, and a plug-in called LearnDash. The account I’m using is an administrator role with no edits made to the permissions, so I should have full access to the site.

When I go to edit a custom post type (called a Certificate in LearnDash) with Elementor, I get the following error “Access to certificate page is disallowed”.

The path of the edit page in questions is websitename/wp-admin/post.php?post=620&action=elementor

Is this error message caused by URE? If so, what do I need to do to rectify it?

I don’t think that URE is involved here. You may deactivate URE and re-check this.

Check with URE if administrator role has all custom post capabilities granted, especially for ‘certificates’ CPT.

You’re right Vladimir, it was an issue with LearnDash. Thanks for your assistance!

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue with Learndash. How did you solve it?
