    Hello there!

First off, have you tried checking the trash of your posts? Once deleted from the main area they don’t vanish and can be recovered there. If you did delete it through the posts area trash:
Backups can be placed in all different places, it really depends what method you used to create that backup as to where it ended up. As you have a cPanel access I would think you might have access to hosting support? They’d be able to go in and take a closer look for you.

    Hope that helps,
    Sage

    hey,

    thanks for your answer

firstly , im using the pagebuilder “elementor”, so its inside this pagebuilder that the post was deleted…
i have used fillezilla for create a back-up actually

i asked three times to the support of bluehost and each time they dont know how to help me ….

    Hey there,

If you used filezilla to create a backup then that means you would have just grabbed the main site files, not the database which is where the post is stored. You could try the Elementor forum https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor to see if there’s a possibility of the plugin storing posts somewhere? Might be tough luck though if it’s been deleted with no DB backup :/

    Sorry about that,
    Sage
