# Access to Editor

 * Dear Forum,
 * I am with 1und1 (German host) and I can’t seem to get access to the editor. Specifically:
   I am having problems with a Plugin, contacted the support and they said they 
   will work it out for me but need full access to edit the Plugin. I am already
   in free mode so it should work.
 * Anybody has an answer for me and a solution to the problem?
 * Would appreciate quick help, this problem is annoying me for quite some time 
   now and I can’t go on with my page unless I get this thing fixed…

 * Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme
   to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
