access to drafts denied

One of the people working on our wordpress site is denied access to draft pages (but not posts), even if he creates the draft. His “role” is administrator. The other two administrators do not have this problem. We believe it may be due to Explorer — he only has this problem when he uses it as his browser (the other administrators use Firefox or Chrome).
