Access Not Configured

Make sure you’ve entered the correct API key, have the Google+ API turned on, and the correct numeric user ID.

I have confirmed that the G+ ID is correct as well as the Google API key and that the G+ API is turned on.

Any other clues as to what I am doing wrong?
