   out.

 * The Late initialization: is not available (Greyed out) when the Disk: Enhanced
   caching method is selected for Page Caching in the general settings. 
   In order
   to use this option, you need to change the caching method to Disk: Basic, APC,
   or memory-based caching like Redis or Memcached if available on the server.
