Hello @harmlessvikmartin
One of the following actions may help resolve the issue:
1. Check if the CleanTalk IP addresses are available from your web server: https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-servers-ip-addresses#anti-spam.
2. Check if CURL support and allow_url_fopen (in php.ini) options are available and enabled on your web server. You can ask your webmaster or hosting provider about this.
3. WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → change the “Use WordPress HTTP API” option → Save Changes.
After each action, click “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears, and refresh the page.
Did it help?
same here:
Toegangssleutel kan niet automatisch worden verkregen:SERVER_ERROR NO: 8 MSG: {“[domainname.com]”:”An account connected to the website [domainname.com] already exists. Please restore access to the account here: https:\/\/cleantalk.org\/my\/reset_password?forgotten_email=1″}
([domainname.com] is my domain ofcourse)
But when clicking the ‘sync with cloud’, it syncs..
I can log in. So why reset the password?

Thank you for your response.
Please check that CURL support and the allow_url_fopen parameter (in the php.ini file) are available and enabled on your web server. You can contact your webmaster or hosting provider regarding this issue.
And clear the cache on your site (caching plugins).
