 * I have an issue with multiple users that are not able to access any content on
   my site after they login, and get the following message when they try to access
   any pages that require them to be logged in: “You must be logged in to view this
   content”
 * Their profiles are fine, and they are able login, edit profiles, reset passwords,
   etc. with no issues. They issue is that they can not access content. I have verified
   and it doesn’t matter if they have a username, or if they use their full email
   address as the user name. I have the latest version of Profile Builder installed–
   3.8.5.
 * I dont have a caching plugin on my site. I have also tested using the Twenty
   Twenty-One and disabled the other plugins, but have the same issues. It is an
   intermittent issue with random users experiencing the issues.

 * Hi [@nav4339](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nav4339/),
 * Let’s check the information below just to make sure everything is set up correctly:
 * 1. Could you please go to your Dashboard -> Users -> and with a user that you
   encounter this issue look at his user roles, then please make sure that the page
   on which you applied the Content Restriction can be seen by those user roles.
   You can send screenshots with both the role(s) of that user and how the Content
   Restriction was set up on that page.
     2. Could you please go to your Dashboard-
   > Plugins -> and send a screenshot with all the active plugins? You can use
   a site like [https://snipboard.io/](https://snipboard.io/) to share the screenshots.
   Best regards,

 * Hi [@nav4339](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nav4339/),
 * The issue you’ve described and how it’s being reproduced is most likely related
   to caching. Since you said you don’t have any caching plugins on your site then
   could you please ask your hosting provider if there is some caching enabled by
   them that you’re not awarded off?
 * Best regards,

 * My hosting provider has confirmed that there is no caching enabled from their
   end

 * Hi [@nav4339](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nav4339/),
 * Could you please install a fresh WordPress in a subdirectory of your current
   install, leaving everything as it is, all the settings on default: [https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-install-wordpress-in-a-subdirectory-step-by-step/](https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-install-wordpress-in-a-subdirectory-step-by-step/).
 * Then install and activate only our plugin, again with all settings on default,
   making only the changes that are absolutely necessary.
 * Does the problem still reproduce?
 * Best regards,
