• Hello everyone.

I’m having a problem when I try to add a new user in one WordPress multisite installation. I’m logged with a Super Admin account and able to access network panel, create sites and even edit users. However, when I try to add a new user, I receive the “Access Denied” message on the page.

I’ve tried to turn on the debug mode, but with no useful information there. Tried to lookup logs from my webserver (access and errors) but nothing there, too.

Any ideas about? Someone have similar problem?

  • Is that “Access Denied” message coming from WordPress or perhaps from the web server? A screenshot would be helpful.

Also, does this happen with all plugins deactivated?

Pascal, thanks for your time. A little bit of work and the cause arises. The problem was a plugin, as you sugested. In this case, the plugin Advanced Access Monitor. Something was wrong with the roles used in the plugin. A simple adjustment in the roles and all working perfectly again. Surprisingly, I didn’t make any changes in the roles. Anyway, the problem was solved. Thanks again.
