Access Denied This site is protected by the Stop Spammer Registrations Plugin.

Hi there to the knowlegables out there. I am struggling to log into my profile at http://blogs.litnet.co.za

As soon as I do it gives me an error message saying:
“Access Denied This site is protected by the Stop Spammer Registrations Plugin.” at this address http://blogs.litnet.co.za/wp-login.php

I have been actively using litnet blogs for years now without any problems. I even registered on this forum with the same email address as the one I am using for litnet blogs.

My suspicion is that I must have done something incorrectly to trigger the spammer registration plugin and now my IP and email address is flagged as spam. Is there any way to undo this? Thank you.
